Finance
Our finance team play a key role in supporting our store operations including, financial control, analysis and reporting.
IT
Our IT team provides not just the technical know-how but also identifies ways of improving the speed of our business and way in which technology can improve our productivity in the future.
Marketing/Buying
The aim of our buying team is to ensure we offer great products at great prices for our customers. As the leader in our market place this is a key function to maintain our position, by working with our suppliers and identifying innovative products for the future.
The role of marketing is to get the Carpetright brand and offers into the customers minds as much as possible so that we are the first choice when new flooring is required.
Administration/Customer Services
We have several departments that offer services to our stores that require great administration or customer services skills. These include Customer Services, Facilities, Payroll and Personnel and Property.
Main Warehouse
From the site at Purfleet we manage the stock control, cutting and despatch of carpets to the stores.
