A: You can find your nearest store by entering your postcode into the store finder or by clicking onto your area of the map. This will give you your nearest five stores, their telephone number, address and opening times.
Q: How long does it take to get my carpet into the store once I have placed my order?
A: Once your order has been placed it will usually be delivered into the store within 7-10 working days.
Q: Do you stock carpet tiles?
A: We sell Flotex tiles in all our stores. Selected stores have tiles from Domo.

Q: Can I lay my new Vinyl on top of the old one?
A: No, if you do you will get movement and an uneven surface.
Q: Why do I have to leave a gap around laminate flooring?
A: Laminate is classed as a floating flooring as it is not attached to anything. You need to leave a 10ml gap as that the boards will expand after fitting due to changes in temperature or relative humidity. If there is no gap around the edges, the laminate will not be able to expand and will therefore bow.

Q: What stain warranty and wear guarantees do you give on your carpets?
A: We have many carpets with both a guarantee against wear and a warranty for stain protection. Our sales consultants will be happy to help you make a selection to meet your needs. Click here for further details.
Q: Do you store carpets?
A: It may be possible. You would need to speak to the store where you placed your order. It will depend on how long you require the store to keep your carpet and how much warehouse space they have.
Q: What is the most hardwearing carpet I can get?
A: We would recommend Hercules or Gladiator ranges.
Q: Do you sell non-slip Vinyl?
A: Carpetright have several ranges in store. Look out for the R10 rating.
Q: Do you offer a fitting service?
A: We act as agents for independent floorcoverings installers and we can arrange for one of them to deliver and/or fit your carpets, vinyls or laminate flooring.
Q: What if I am unable to visit a Carpetright store?

Q: What do you sell?
A: Carpetright sell Carpets to order, Carpets on the roll, Vinyl to order, Vinyl on the roll, Carpet tiles, Laminate flooring and rugs. We also sell a selection of accessories and underlay.
Q: Do you sell the accessories to fit my flooring?
A: Carpetright sell the following accessories:
Carpet protector, stair rods, double sided tape, underlay, interlay, gripper, door bars, beading, vinyl adhesive, vinyl tape and spray adhesive.

If within 28 days of purchasing your carpet, you find the same perfect carpet on sale at another carpet retailer at a lower price we will refund the difference. All claims must be validated. Refunds will be made by cheque through Head Office.
Q: Do you offer any credit terms or finance?
A: We can offer a product called Take 15 which is a deposit of 15% followed by 15 further payments, we also offer other finance products over 24 or 36 months repayment plans.
