If you’re not happy towards the end of the 60 nights and feel it is the wrong comfort level for you, then our guarantee means it can be replaced. Read on for more information. If you’re not entirely happy with the comfort of your new mattress, we will gladly let you exchange it under our unique 60 Night Comfort Guarantee. Simply comply with the following to get a comfort exchange: 

• Valid proof of purchase must be produced. 

• A mattress protector must be purchased from Carpetright at the same time as your new mattress in order for the 60 Night Comfort Guarantee to be valid. 

• A mattress will only be accepted unmarked and in good condition. 

• You can only request an exchange after the 40th night and before the 60th night has lapsed from delivery of the original product. We are unable to register 'Comfort Exchanges' after 60 nights have lapsed from the delivery of the original product. 

• Collection and re-delivery charges will be applied and ‘Comfort Exchanges’ are limited to one exchange per product ordered, and for the mattress only. 

• If your new order is more expensive than your old one, we will require payment for the difference in price. 

• You may only re-select to an alternative mattress of the same size. 

• We are unable to make any refund where the new mattress is less expensive than the original. Any price difference cannot be made up with a second bed or associated products. 

• Where you have purchased a bed frame and mattress, we will only exchange the mattress under the terms of the Comfort Guarantee. 

• The Comfort Guarantee does not cover clearance items, ex-display items, sofa beds, guest beds, futons and Take-away (roll up mattresses). 

• We will only exchange your mattress under this guarantee once. 

• You must have followed the care instructions that have been supplied with your purchase. 

• This does not affect your statutory rights.

A good mattress should last at least 10 years. At Carpetright we are so confident in the quality of ours, we guarantee them for 10 years. We will repair or replace a mattress if it should prove defective within the terms of the warranty, subject to conditions. This warranty does not apply where the defects are due to: 

• Abuse, misuse, or general wear and tear. 

• Any causes other than faulty manufacture or materials. 

• Where the product is soiled or in any unsanitary condition. 

• Where the mattress has been used with an old or unsuitable base or foundation. 

• Where possible we extend the right to repair the mattress. 

• The replacement mattress must be of equivalent value. 

• The guarantee is personal to the buyer and cannot be assigned or transferred to another party. 

• Proof of purchase is required. 

• The 10 Year Mattress Guarantee does not cover clearance items, ex-display items, sofa beds, guest beds, futons and Take-away (roll up mattresses). 

• You must have followed the care instructions that have been supplied with your purchase. 

• This does not affect your statutory rights.
