Like everyone else, we’ve worked hard and made adjustments so that we can maintain our friendly and efficient service while keeping our staff and customers safe.

All of our stores are now open, and our flooring experts are on hand to help you at every stage of transforming your home. We can help choose the right product for you, measure up, and arrange fitting with our Which? Trusted Trader approved fitting arrangement service.

Our number one priority is keeping everybody safe. We’ve included details below on our available services, and the measures we’ve introduced to protect customers and colleagues at work and in your home.

Are your stores currently open?

All of our stores are open and our friendly flooring experts are on hand to help transform your home, from selecting the right products and measuring up, to the Which? Trusted Trader approved fitting arrangement service. You can also use our collect-in-store service.

Are you still arranging third-party fitting and deliveries?

Yes! All of our third-party fitting appointments and deliveries are available, with minor changes for safety.

We’re also operating a collect-in-store service, so you can order online and schedule a collection at a time that works for you.

Naturally we’re following safety guidance to the letter, including the use of PPE and hand sanitiser stations before and after each collection.

We’re continuing our bed deliveries as usual, with contact-free kerbside delivery.

How are you ensuring the safety of fitters and customers?

We’ve worked with our third-party fitters to make sure it’s safe for them to be at work, and that they’re able to follow guidance to keep you safe while in your home.

Before every appointment, they call ahead to make sure everyone in the household is well. They’ll also check that social distancing is possible, and that everybody is comfortable going ahead.

You might be asked to leave the room where the flooring is being fitted, as well as to open some windows and internal doors where possible.

Our third-party fitters will use hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes, as well as wearing the appropriate PPE during your appointment. The use of face coverings in England are optional, in line with the latest guidance, but you can request for your fitter to wear a face covering. They will ask for your preference prior to fitting your floor.

Can I still place an order online or by telephone?

Can I still book a home flooring consultation?

Yes! Our home flooring consultations are available nationwide.

During the consultation we’ll measure your room, advise on which flooring would be best for you, and get a quote put together.

As an alternative to in-person consultations, you can also try a free online consultation nationwide via video chat or call and we’ll take you through the process.

How have you made Home Flooring Surveyor appointments COVID safe?

We’ve tweaked our processes to ensure that home visits can be carried out safely and within social distancing guidelines.

Before the appointment we’ll call to confirm that everybody in your household is fit and well. We’ll also check that social distancing will be possible during the survey and that both parties are happy to go ahead.

You might need to vacate the room while our team is measuring up and open any windows and internal doors where possible.  

Our colleagues will use hand sanitisers, disinfectant wipes and of course be wearing appropriate PPE. The use of face coverings in England are optional, in line with the latest guidance, but you can request for your home flooring surveyor to wear a face covering. They will ask for your preference prior to fitting your floor.

To minimize unnecessary contact, if the sub-floor needs to be inspected, we ask that you arrange to have the current flooring either removed or partially uplifted to enable visibility.

Our team will discuss your order with you during their visit as usual, but at a safe distance. They’ll also send you electronic records afterwards.

Can I order flooring samples for inspiration?
